Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we have received your signed booking details and the agreed deposit. Confirmation is subject to availability of accommodation, park permits and vehicles at the time payment is received.
Terms & conditions
Please read these terms before confirming a booking. If anything is unclear, our team is happy to explain it.

Payment
A deposit is required to hold your safari or trek, with the balance payable before departure. Rates are quoted in the currency stated on your quotation and may change if park fees, taxes or fuel costs change before departure.

Cancellations & amendments
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges depend on how close to departure we receive your notice and on any non-refundable costs already committed to lodges, parks or mountain permits. Amendments are accommodated wherever possible.

Itinerary changes
Itineraries are a guide. Weather, road conditions, park regulations and wildlife movement may require us to adjust routes, accommodation or activities. Where a change is necessary we will always provide services of a comparable standard.

Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, emergency evacuation, cancellation and baggage is strongly recommended for all safaris, and is essential for mountain climbing trips.

Health & fitness
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid visas and vaccinations, and that they are fit enough for the activities booked. High-altitude treks require a reasonable level of fitness.

Liability
We take every reasonable precaution for your safety and comfort, but we are not liable for loss, damage, injury or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, strikes, border closures or acts of nature.

Car hire
Vehicles are supplied with comprehensive insurance and are hired for a minimum of two days. Drivers must hold a valid licence, and fuel, park entry fees and traffic fines are the responsibility of the hirer unless stated otherwise.
