We share only what is necessary with the suppliers delivering your trip — accommodation, park authorities, mountain crews and transport partners. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Our website may record basic, non-identifying usage information such as pages viewed, to help us improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to contact us.
Access to enquiry and booking records is limited to staff who need it. We keep records only for as long as we need them for accounting and after-sales purposes.
You can ask us at any time to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Marketing emails, if you receive them, can be stopped by replying to any message.
